"Finish grading is the adding or removing of soil to within 1 - 2 inches of the existing grade, creating the final contour and elevation of the ground needed to prepare your Central Ohio land for a sod base, hydroseed bed, or another specific plan."

Final Grading is a good way to prepare your land for grass installation and grass seed planting. It helps to create the concluding path for a less watery, more powdery area that fits perfectly for the planting and installation of grass.
